Like, an actual proper little pattern.
Not just me moving felt scraps around my desk pretending I know what I’m doing.

My new design is called Home Among the Gum Tree, and honestly, she feels a bit special.

She’s very Australian.
Very gum leafy.
Very “make a cuppa, ignore the laundry, and stitch something pretty” energy.

And she’s part of a gorgeous embroidery pattern bundle with 8 other beautiful designers.

I’m not going to be cool and calm about this because, let’s be real, I haven’t released a new design in ages and I’m having a tiny proud mum moment over here 😄

So yes, if you love wool felt, embroidery, gum leaves, handmade things, and pretending the housework doesn’t exist for a little while…

The confetti.
Me, proudly sobbing into a pile of wool felt.

I told her she could use my spare Brother sewing machine.

She looked at me, very confused, and said:

“But Edward doesn’t sew.”

She thought I meant her brother’s sewing machine.

Then she followed it up with:

“Why don’t they just call it a Sister? Brother is too confusing.”

And honestly?

I’m so excited to share that my design Home Among the Gum Tree is part of the beautiful Embroidery Bliss PDF Pattern Bundle.

Honestly??? Absolutely nothing. But you know when you are just so sick of social media that you just ditch it all together?! Well thats been me lately. The constant pressure to be active, share photos and be present online is absolutely exhausting.

But you wanna know what's not exhausting?! Wool felt 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I have been working in the back ground completely redesigning our business model and my goodness i can not wait to share. It's not a huge change but challenging lifestyle, work life balance and the idiotic thinfs happening around the world have really pushed My Felt Lady to rethink how we provide 100% Wool Felt to our community.

So if you don't see us around, or wonder why we aren't posting it's mostly due to Candice enjoying a little social media black out.

We are still here, providing the best 100% Wool Felt in the country and around the world 🥰
