I went looking for a perpetual moon calendar for myself, found just what I wanted, then thought, "Hey, maybe my customers would love to have a moon calendar too!"
So, instead of buying just one, I bought 10!!
Apparently, following the moon calendar ensure seeds germinate sooner, and plants are healthier and produce higher yields.

No harm in giving it a try!!! 😉 $19 each.

Happy Sunday!!!
If you watched Better Homes & Gardens last night you will have seen Jo talking to Yoko, the author of this gorgeous Pickling book, about the Japanese art of pickling and fermenting.
They also talked about Furoshiki, the Japanese art of gift wrapping.

May I introduce you to the very handsome "Boof" and his human!!
Boof was very happy to pose for a photo, as you can see by the blur made by his tail. That tail just did not slow down!!!

When you know a ratio, it's not like knowing a single recipe, it's instantly knowing dozens.
This book details thirty-three essential ratios and suggests enticing variations.
All ratios are listed in the order that the ingredients are combined. That is, a 3-2-1 pie dough means that flour is the first ingredient, fat is added to the flour and mixed in, then water is added.
