Poncho Fox is a Canberra-based, small-batch craft distillery established in 2020 by Patrick Dillon. Producing bold, artisan spirits such as absinth, spiced rums, botanical gins and fruity sojus. Pat harvests, curates and combines local botanicals and fruits with premium ingredients to create fun flavourful spirits. ⁠

AND all proceeds from the sale of any Allara Creative products during the weekend will go to Allara Creative support initiatives to further the amazing work they do in the community. ⁠

Co-founders of Allara Creative, Jess and Ruth strive to support women from refugee backgrounds in finding confidence, community, and connection as they start their new lives in Canberra.⁠

Ruth is a creative artist who brings ideas to life and Jess brings her experience in graphic design, organisation and business. ⁠
⁠
Together, the Allara Creative team facilitates the development of key life skills, employment opportunities and the empowerment of refugees.⁠

Friday night we start with cocktails in store with local maker Poncho Fox. Pat will be pouring zesty, bright, balanced soju sips and chatting through the flavours, all made with ingredients from his own gin herb garden.⁠
⁠
Saturday brings fresh hot dumplings from Dumplinins. Handmade locally and served with Lin Lin’s signature sauces that we have in-store. These dumplings will change you.⁠
⁠
Sunday we take it outside with a sausage sizzle, POP style. Sausages loaded with big flavour thanks to Kielty’s Irish Sauces and their heritage recipes. They're multi award winning for a reason, so come and discover for yourself!⁠

All weekend, Allara Creative will have an original artwork, especially created for this showcase, on display and for sale. ⁠
⁠
Every dollar from the artwork and their products sold in store this weekend will go towards refugee initiatives through their not for profit. All for a great cause and with big community impact.⁠

Katelin Baker (with a name like that, it was destiny) is the legendary baker and cake decorator whipping up ridiculously delicious cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, desserts and sweet treats.⁠

She’s been baking since she was ten and turned that love into a business you’ll find at local markets and events all around Canberra and the region.⁠
⁠
From rich chocolate, honeycomb and pistachio crunch to beautifully decorated cakes and seasonal treats, everything is handmade with love. ⁠
