Day 6 of Iso and I feel we are on the home stretch! As we all tested positive the day after Archer so we will be isolating until Friday but it does feel like we have now turned a corner 🙌

Everyone is on the mend, the house looks less like a tip and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel! ❤️

While we tried our best to keep the kids nutritionally fed and sufficiently entertained, parenting while sick is not a piece of cake and we had to make do with what we could manage!

It doesn’t always have to be perfect ❤️

I needed this reminder over the weekend!

As parents, we wear so many badges and it’s easy to over do it and push ourselves past breaking point!

Everyone needs to rest, and more than just sleeping at night!!! That does help to a certain extent to allow our bodies to recover but sometimes we need a little bit more rest and recovery time!

If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed and on the way to being burnt out give yourself some grace and slow down for a little while ❤️
