It's with a heavy heart, that we will be closed for communications and manufacturing until Friday 19th November due to the passing of our beloved Father, Father in law and grandfather of our 3 children.

Being a family business, this will have an impact on our current orders which we sincerely apologise for, but please understand our priority is to focus on my husband, his family and our children during this time.
We will endeavour to limit the impact as much as possible

We are receiving a lot of enquiries to find out if we are still open.

OPEN FOR BUSINESS
We we are a family business with the workshop on our property, so are able to continue working during isolation.

SAFETY FIRST
Our wonderful post office has an isolated back door drop off point for us and we have an isolated collection point for our international courier collections.
As many of our wonderful customer's know, we have a high risk immediate family member so took precautions to restrict any exposure as soon as Covid-19 was diagnosed in Victoria.

GOVERNMENT APPROVAL
The Australian Government and our couriers have assured us we can continue to operate our business from home, with the isolation precautions in place, with the focus of remaining financially sustainable, secondary to the health and safety of us and our customers.
With the option to remain open for us, we hope to limit any potential need for financial assistance on the government, so that those who have no options, can receive the help they need.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT
While still possible, we have taken on additional staff that have lost their jobs, and can work in isolation from us on tasks that required minimal training.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We understand orders will decrease due to the significant loss of employment world wide. We know and appreciate how heart breaking it is to cancel our loved ones birthday parties and not being able to visit our loved ones during this time.
We can send directly to your loved one.

SUPPLIER SUPPORT
Being a 100% Australian Made product, our business supports a number of other small manufacturing and distribution businesses in Australia. Our aim to remain a viable business so that when normality returns, we can still be here, contributing to the economy.
