WOW! What a spectacular Sunday at Caloundra Street Fair!

Bulcock Street was buzzing with energy as locals and visitors came together to enjoy everything that makes Caloundra such a special place to live, work and visit.

It was wonderful to see our Caloundra Chamber of Commerce members, local Bulcock Street businesses and market stallholders embracing the Caloundra Street Fair spirit and helping create such a vibrant community atmosphere.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a beautiful morning of shopping, live music, delicious food, great coffee and family fun by the beach.

The BookShop at Caloundra welcomed author Jody-Maree Cronin for a book signing, delighting visitors throughout the morning.

Our Sunshine Coast Foodie & Taste Caloundra Ambassador was spotted throughout the fair taking photos, chatting with local foodies, enjoying lunch with Julie Chesterman, and supporting our wonderful local businesses.

With more than 120 market stalls, fantastic live music, amazing street food, shopping, entertainment and so many families enjoying the day together, it was another incredible showcase of our local community and small businesses.

Thank you to all of our stallholders, performers, businesses, volunteers and visitors who made the day such a success. Your support helps keep Caloundra Street Fair one of the Sunshine Coast’s favourite Sunday destinations.

We’re hiring 👀

Caloundra Markets is looking for casual market staff to join the team behind some of the Sunshine Coast’s most-loved community events.

You’ll work across events including Caloundra Street Fair, Caloundra & Currimundi Twilight Markets, Aura Farmers Market, and pop-up events throughout the year - helping bring these events to life from setup through to pack down.

No two shifts look the same. One morning might involve vendor bump in and signage setup, the next could be assisting with event operations, logistics, traffic control coordination, or helping stallholders onsite throughout the day.

We’re looking for people who are:
✨ Friendly and reliable
✨ Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
✨ Available for weekend and evening work (1–2 shifts per week max)
✨ Physically capable of lifting and setting up event equipment
✨ Passionate about community events and supporting local business

A current First Aid Certificate, RSA, and driver’s licence are preferred (or willingness to obtain).

You’ll work closely with our Commercial Manager, Markets Manager, stallholders, suppliers, and the broader Caloundra community.
