Today you'll find the Sub-Zero Treats team at the Mackay Netball Winter Carnival, and we couldn't be more excited to be part of such an amazing community event! 🏐🍓🍬
Before the weekend kicks off, we just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you.
The love, support, kind comments, messages, and encouragement we've received following the story about our journey at Mount Pleasant has honestly been overwhelming. We have spent the last few days reading every comment, and we are incredibly humbled by the kindness this community has shown us.
Running a small family business isn't always easy, and there have been some tough moments lately, but your support reminds us why we keep going. ❤️

💔 A Farewell to Our Mackay Store 💔
Tomorrow will be the last day of trade for our Mackay store.
After five incredible months, we've made the difficult decision to close our doors. This decision hasn't been made lightly, and for personal and health reasons, it's the right time for us to step back and focus on what matters most.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to every customer who walked through our doors, bought a treat, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by for a chat. Your support, kindness, and encouragement have meant more than you'll ever know.
🍓 Tomorrow is your last chance to grab one of our famous Dubai Strawberry Cups from the Mackay store! 🍫 Plus all your favourite sweet treats while stocks last.
While the store may be closing, Sub-Zero Treats isn't disappearing. You'll still find us out and about at shows, markets, festivals, sporting events, and community events with our trailers, bringing all the treats you know and love.
💖 A special thank you to our amazing Mel and Brian, who have been the heart and soul of our Mackay store. Their dedication, hard work, kindness, and genuine care for our customers have helped make the store what it was. We couldn't be prouder of everything they've achieved over the past five months, and we're incredibly grateful for the passion they've brought to Sub-Zero Treats every single day.
Many of you have been greeted by their smiling faces, shared a laugh with them, or been served by them, and we're sure you'll agree that they have been an enormous part of our Mackay journey.
🎉 We're also now taking bookings for parties, functions, corporate events, school events, sporting carnivals, and private celebrations. We've had so many people asking lately, and we'd love to bring the Sub-Zero Treats experience directly to your next event.
