While the world outside rushes through lists, goals, and resolutions, there’s a quieter path that invites listening.

Starting the year is also about asking the spirit what it needs. What demands space, what needs healing, what can already be left behind.

The first days of the cycle carry a delicate strength, perfect for inner alignment.

A fertile moment to light a Copal Incense with intention, feel the touch of the hapé, and allow the Kuripe to direct the right breath, inward.

Because when the beginning is sacred, the entire path gains clarity.

May 2026 be guided less by impulse and more by presence.

The sun you receive is memory, rhythm, and an ancient conversation carried through light.

In many traditions, the sun is seen as a teacher...

Steady, generous, showing how to offer brightness without asking for anything in return. When we sit beneath its presence, something within us remembers this simplicity.

This illustration reflects that exchange. A figure grounded on earth, reaching toward a spiral of light that echoes the movement of life itself.

What we absorb from the world are, clarity, silence, fire shapes the way we illuminate our own path and the space around us.

The light we give back is never separate from the one we once received.

May this image remind you that your radiance is inheritance. A quiet offering shaped by all the warmth that has ever touched you.

Not everything the body releases is a sign of weakness... Sometimes it’s the soul finding its way out.

Tears, tremors, silences...

What the West calls “purge,” ancestral peoples recognize as liberation.

In this video, we talk about this moment of profound healing and the role of the hapé as a bridge between feeling and rebirth.

Watch and immerse yourself in what words cannot reach.

They say more healers are awakening because the world is aching.

The land is sick, the animals are unprotected and the soul of humanity is calling for remembrance.

But to protect the sacred, we must first become sacred again.

This awakening it is a return to caring for the puma, the fox, the frog and to honouring the rivers, the stones, the wind.

And it begins here: with the way we walk, the way we breathe, the way we listen.

At KINTU, we honour the voices rising for nature, and the rituals that protect what cannot speak for itself.

Join us in remembering what it means to be a good human.

Not all strength needs to make noise.

Some live in the dignity of silence, in a gaze that welcomes without invading, in a presence that sustains without demanding.

Such is the medicine of the Samauma, the mother tree that rises above the forest with firmness and sweetness.

This blend not only protects: it reminds.

It reminds us of the wisdom of knowing the right time to speak and to be silent, to give and to withdraw. A medicine for those who wish to begin the year with firm roots and an elevated spirit, guiding each step with the maturity of one who honors their space and their time.

For a more centered and sovereign start to the cycle, feel the call of the Rainha da Floresta: The Queen of the Forest.

We often think of time as something that happens outside, in the ticking of a clock, in the turning of the seasons, in the wrinkles of a tree’s trunk.

But time carves us from the inside too.

It lives in the folds of memory, in the wisdom stored beneath our skin, in the quiet ways we’ve changed without even noticing.

Just like the forest bears the imprint of every storm and sunbeam in its rings, our bodies carry stories, cycles, and ceremonies within.

There are seasons that bloomed through us, and others we barely survived, but they all left something sacred behind.

May we learn to honour these inner forests. To trust that what we’ve lived is not just past, it’s part of our medicine.

Even when the world feels like it's spinning too fast…

There’s still a place inside you where time slows down, where peace it’s a practice.

In Andean traditions, this grounding doesn’t begin in words, it begins with the Earth beneath your feet and the breath within your chest.

Peace that radiates starts from the still centre.

At KINTU, we honour rituals that help you return to this inner ground.

Not to escape the world, but to meet it with clarity and presence.

Discover the tools that help you root deeper and walk lighter.

Every beginning calls for silence...

A moment of pause between what has been and what is to come.

The Kuripe, in this sacred interval, is the bridge between breath and presence. Between intention and the new step.

By bringing the hapé to the center, it also guides the spirit to the present moment. Starting the year with this medicine is remembering that it's not just about changing the calendar, but about changing from within.

With each breath, a chance to plant something new, to create space to listen to what truly matters, and to honor what begins with presence, not haste.

May every beginning be a ritual and may your Kuripe remind you of the way.

With love,
