This is for both clients & my lash tech gals. This is helping us all move forward, with a solid reality check and a kiss of tough love. Strap in 😘

If you’re still on the premade train, you’re being left behind. We know better now, and clients are really starting to tune in as well - as they damn well should be.

The most common feedback for a set of handmade lashes for a new client who’s only experienced premades:

• How much they DON’T feel them
• How comfortable they are
• How much nicer, fluffier and more “natural” they look
• How they’re not “plasticy or wirey”
• How much better retention is
• How they’re not picking at them because they’re not poking or stabbing them.
