Is there anything better than a loaded steak sandwich? Today we’re leveling up with this Ribeye Sambo—it’s juicy, smokey, and stacked high with all the classics. 🥩🔥
This is the ultimate "treat yourself" meal. Here is how I put it together:
The Ingredients 🛒
• The Bread: 1 fresh bread roll, sliced and toasted.
• The Star: Ribeye steak, bashed out thin for tenderness.
• Seasoning: Good old Salt & Pepper.
• The Sauce: Smokey BBQ Sauce.
• The Garden: Fresh lettuce, sliced tomato, and classic beetroot.
• The Toppings: Cooked red onions, a slice of melted cheese (plus bacon and a fried egg for the full experience!).
The Method 👩‍🍳
1. Prep the Steak: Take your ribeye and bash it out until it’s even and thin. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
2. Get Sizzling: On a hot grill or pan, cook your bacon and onions until caramelized. Toss the ribeye on last—since it’s thin, it only needs a minute or two per side to stay juicy!
3. The Finisher: Fry your egg (keep that yolk runny!) and melt the cheese over the steak right at the end.
4. The Build: On your toasted bottom bun, layer:
• Lettuce, beetroot, and tomato.
• The juicy ribeye with melted cheese.
• Onions and crispy bacon.

Tonight on 🧡 Domini’s Recipes 🧡, we are making Sticky Honey Garlic Salmon and Roasted Asparagus. It’s sweet, savory, healthy, and unbelievably easy for a busy weeknight.

👇 THE ULTIMATE WEEKNIGHT DINNER 👇
Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
• 1 tbsp olive oil (for asparagus)
• Salt and pepper
The Sauce:
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
3. Place salmon on one side of the baking sheet and asparagus on the other.
4. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
5. Pour the honey garlic sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, and asparagus is tender.
7. Serve immediately over rice or cauliflower rice!

Lunchtime at 🧡 Domini’s Recipes 🧡 is all about fuel that tastes amazing. These Loaded Greek Chicken Power Bowls are packed with protein, fresh veggies, and bold flavors. It’s the perfect midday reset that won't weigh you down.

👇 FRESH & FAST LUNCH 👇
Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced (seasoned with oregano/lemon)
• 4 cups mixed greens or chopped romaine
• 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
• 1 cup cucumber, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
• Dressing/Sauce: Store-bought Tzatziki or a simple lemon-olive oil vinaigrette.
Instructions:
1. Start with a base of greens and quinoa in two bowls.
2. Top with the sliced cooked chicken.
3. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, onions, olives, and feta around the bowl (it looks prettier if you section them!).

Good morning from 🧡 Domini’s Recipes 🧡! Forget boring cereal; we’re upgrading your morning routine with this Southwest Avocado Smash with a Crispy Fried Egg. It takes 10 minutes and tastes like a fancy brunch cafe!

Ingredients:
• 2 thick slices of sourdough or whole-wheat bread, toasted
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 1 lime, juiced
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup cooked corn (frozen or canned is fine!)
• Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
• Toppings: Salsa, fresh cilantro, hot sauce
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, smash the avocado flesh with the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Leave it a little chunky!
2. In a small skillet, fry your eggs to your liking (we love a sunny-side-up crispy edge!).
3. While eggs cook, quickly warm the corn in a pan.
4. Assemble: Spread the avocado generously over the toast. Top with warm corn. Gently place a fried egg on each slice.
5. Finish with your favorite toppings like salsa, cilantro, and a kick of red pepper flakes.
