✨ Exciting news! ✨
I’m expanding my skill set to bring you even more effective treatment options.
At the end of November, I’ll be completing my Dry Needling certification, meaning soon you’ll be able to add this technique to your Remedial Massage sessions.

Dry needling is a powerful way to release stubborn muscle tension, ease pain, and help restore mobility when other methods just don’t quite reach those deep trigger points.

Keep an eye out for updates as I finish my training. I can’t wait to bring this new treatment option to Body & Soul!

Since beginning this crystal jewellery journey in 2018, my heart has always been drawn to the magic of creating pieces that carry deep meaning for others.
