If anyone is looking for a room to rent, please message me. I have a massive studio style room. It currently comfortably holds 2 x Queen Beds in the room with a wardrobe, bedside tables and dresser.

Off the bedroom is a small sitting room with an L shaped lounge in it and space on the wall for your TV, it’s for a minimal extra charge. Would suit either a couple or 2 x single people. The extra QB can also be removed and the L shaped lounge put in its place making a great space for a single person.

Includes use of the shared kitchen and laundry facilities. You have your own bathroom (shared with guests though) plus a seperate fridge for your food items. $260 for a single, $360 for a couple or 2 people. An extra $50 per week for the extra living room. Rent include tea/coffee, toilet paper and electricity. Wifi is not included but negotiable depending on your usage needs.

The house is large with great privacy, sound proof walls, seperate side entrance and a sizeable back yard including a BBQ and 5 person Spa Enquire if you have any questions. Property is near Svennson Heights. Pictures on request only for privacy reasons. Bond & referees required

Very interesting statement. The reasons & methodology behind why people collect is a personal choice & I’m not sure if making such a statement is appropriate on this site. Do you have statistical information, data or the likes to support your claim? Having studied ‘hoarding’, most hoarders aren’t organised, don’t tend to collect similar or the same items, keep to themselves as they are often too embarrassed or want to take the risk of being exposed or judged.

Thank god people do collect as it protects, provides physical evidence & offers a fascinating light into our history for our youth to understand just how far the Media world has come. Encourages us all to appreciate life a little more.

Without collectors, history would just be forgotten, unappreciated & irrelevant.

I don’t believe this statement has any substance but rather comes across as an opinion or even a judgement from someone who hasn’t done any research or true understanding of Mental Disorders or Psychology in general. Not a subject to discuss in this forum by people who have no right or professional knowledge or training on the subject.
