I thought I would share my fun tester version of Little Moo Designs latest pattern release, the Matilda Saddlebag m. The flap of this bag is PERFECT for panels, and with the year that 2020 has been, I thought this would make the perfect statement!

I couldn’t resist some glitter denim and coupled it with some rich brown leather. It’s easy to make a showstopper with this fabulous pattern.

I love reveal day! This amazing new pattern is the “Under My Belt Shopping Tote”, the latest pattern release from Sorry I Can’t, I’m Sewing Patterns.

This girl is biiiiig and perfect to showcase fabulous fabrics. I added a raw leather interior slip pocket to my version, and the recessed zipper opening keeps all your belongings where they should be. It’s been a long time between posts for me as I stepped away in an effort to quiet my life and mind for a moment. It was very much needed! Life is chaotic and often overwhelming at the best of times, and this year I definitely needed to pull back from my sewing a little to cope with all the other aspects of my life.

Every day I walked past my sewing machine and wondered when I’d get back to it, but the timing had to be right or I knew I’d push it further away.

A few weeks ago, a friend welcomed their first baby to the world and I wanted to give them something special, functional and made with love. I slipped straight back into my sewing and it felt so good to be back behind the machine! I’m looking forward to easing back into my passion, it won’t be fast but it will be done with love 💗..... And perhaps a new look coming in the new year?? Can’t wait to share it with you x
