Water balloon igloo! Fill balloons with water, add a few drops of food coloring and freeze. Then pop and peel off the balloon and build with them, using snow as mortar.

NOTE: If you're concerned about them melting and crashing down on your kiddos (valid!), just don't make a roof. :)
