We’re saying goodbye in 9 days. ⏰⁠

We’re hitting the pause button on the biz [if you missed the announcement, head to our last post to read more].⁠

🚨 The last day for ordering will be Thursday 29 Feb. You have ONLY 9 DAYS to stock up on your favourite Padtastic products.⁠

We’ll be returning in July to get ready for planner season - you know how much we love planners! And we know how you much you love them too. So we’ll be jumping back in time to create some fabulous 2025 planners [how crazy does that sound?!]⁠
⁠
When we return, we’ll be reducing our collection and moving forward with a smaller range so some of your favourities might be gone! BUT don’t worry, it will still be incredible and of course full of bright and unboring stationery!! - that will not change.⁠
⁠
So, what will happen come March 1st?⁠
⁠
✅ The Mental Reduction Sidekick subscription box will continue. So, if you’re a current sidekicker - nothing will change for you. [if you want to join us, we’d love to have you!]⁠
⁠
✅ Our IG account will remain open and active. We’ll still be talking about mental health and sharing tips to help with mental overwhelm and planning tips [we love you guys and want to stay connected to our community]⁠
⁠
✅ Website will technically remain open, but you will not be able to place an order for stationery between 1 March and 30 June. Only sign up to the subscription box will be active.⁠

We have some big news to share with you all... 👇

⏯ We’re hitting the pause button on Padtastic Stationery.

Soon, like really soon, which will mean you won’t be able to order from our website as we temporarily close BUT we will be back in July ready for the planner season to begin.

I am sure you’re wondering the reason why?

✨We’ve decided to be completely honest and transparent about why we are pausing for a few months and the truth is Amanda’s health is not good. She is currently facing some significant health challenges and in times like this, it makes us stop and reflect on what is important.

While we do have an amazing team of people assisting us to run Padtastic (we added so many incredible people last year to our team), this still comes with a huge mental load. Anyone running a business and who manages a team will get this 100%. It’s a mental load that is not going to help Amanda in her recovery and this must be our primary focus.

🙅‍♀️We did consider for Emily to take the reins and be the head honcho but in all honesty, it would be too much and overwhelming [it’s a LOT, massively so, when we have the two of us working, so doing this role solo is against everything we stand for!] so we are taking our own advice and looking for that ultimate mental reduction.

It’s a necessity and a key component to Amanda’s improved health. By pausing the business, Amanda can take the pressure off, and the mental load reduces almost instantly. Then all her energy can go into spending time on her health challenges, healing, and recovery.

Emily can slip back into full time daughter mode, rather than business-duo and look after her own mental health during this challenging time within our family unit.

❤️‍🩹So, while we are sad to be putting ourselves in pause mode and taking a step back, we know this is the right decision and honestly the only one that could be made. Health and well-being really are everything!

We are so blessed and grateful for our wonderful community, so we wanted to share this news with honesty and humility.
