Ive made the first babies sleeping bag. No pattern at this stage. It is the prototype and being trialled by a 4 month old. Zips all the way to the bottom and has a press stud in the zip cover.
Result: She has fallen asleep instanly, so it tells me she is comfortable in it. Ill develop this and will become available to order.

As each is made to order, the fabrics will depend on colour and image styles availability.

I have expanded my services to include alterations. More and more I finding I am getting referrals to alter garments. Its quite a rewarding thing to do. I love to bring life back to old favourite clothes. The images attached was a wedding gown that my client wanted to revamp for her daughters graduation. One dress, two important occasions, a strong mum and daughter moment.

All jobs are quoted so there are no surprises. Im known for my honesty and communication, so there never any surprises.

Hubby: hey honey, come here
Wife: (namely me) sure. I find him looking at the caravan Tyre.
Hubby: Our tyre needs a cover.
Wife: and....
Hubby: well fix the situation would you.
Wife: any suggestions on what ypu would like
Husband: nope
Wife: well okay. You don't get to complain with what I come up with then. Agreed?
Husband: sure

I digitized and stitched out this Tyre cover. I love Star Trek. Seemed apt to me. Lol

Husband: .....
Wife: yeah you got nothing have ya dear. Lol

New: These Braided Table Runners come in 2 sizes. The ones pictured are large and medium. Made from cotton scraps and have a plain underside. Pm for pricing and orders.

Turnaround times on these items are 2 weeks.

This week we decided a back pack was an essential item. Made from faux leather and suede. It has 2 pockets either side, is fully lined and has a zippered front pocket. I was stopped in the shops by someone asking where they could but one. Sadly these aren't a production item, but you can make them. The hardest part is the binding. For those of you who sew, you know. Lol. Keep an eye out for the new pages.

Have you noticed there are so many things for premie and small babies. Not so much for the larger bub.
While shopping for for a 6 month old with a (10cm) foot, we soon realised this was going to be a challenge. Every shoe that fit, had solid heavy soles.

So I decided to try to made them myself. These are soft sole leather shoes for larger feet 6 months and under.

Keep in mind these are the prototype and no doubt will change. Thoughts anyone?
