We had to meet body corporate requirements on this one and also had floor leveling to do to the slab.

We used a 4.5mm Viva vinyl plank in colour blackbutt. 2 day turn around. ready for customers to move in

Raising damp in a rumpus?

This area is in the downstairs of our cistimers house and is currently just concrete. They want the area to be usuable, clean and dry but also dont want it breaking the bank.

So we are putting forward a moisture barrier, 2 or 3mm vinyl planks and away we go.

These jobs SUCK!

Another floor being replaced only 2 to 3 years after install. Now the customer is left to pay twice.

Raising damp happens, we can stop it from happening again.

Just completed the start to this project in Ormiston, Brisbane. New Vinyl planks in a downstairs area of this house.

This project had a few different circumstances.

We ground off the failed floor leveling, We then needed to apply a moisture barrier to the floor as a precaution for rising damp. Lastly, We came through and done the leveling coat.

We have used Viva 4.5mm Vinyl planking in colour Lawson Oak.

Now, to return in a few weeks ready for the custom staircase
