Big work order for our annual get together. The cake was a vanilla sponge with a strawberry cream filling, plus individual desserts of cookies n cream, biscoff, lemon cheesecake and a caramel apple crumble. Yum
The cake was more like an artwork. Hours of hand painting and piping Coral 🪸. It was fun to make.

It's a kinda pink project day.
These have been made for my friend Angie Reeves for her pink project party to raise funds for a good cause. Angie is also undergoing her own battle with cancer at the moment. I'm donating these beautiful gourmet cupcakes for the cause. Pretty shades of pink vanilla cupcakes.

Today's order. A super simple but very yummy biscoff cheese cake. I made 20 individual servings for a very special person.
These are amazing and it's always hard not to go back for seconds.
