I have some big news! 📢

Things have been super quiet around here while I've been off running a hectic life with a new member of our family. My plan was always to come back to this business that has created so much joy, but I am finding that I am struggling to devote the time I want to make this all that it can be. So I have decided to take an extended break for the time being from Cocoa & Thread.

What does this mean? Well! In the short term it means I am opening up my store with lots of ready made goodies and having an awesome sale. After this, I will be taking some time off to focus on other areas. I don't know how long for yet, but I do know that it is my intention to come back and make some more magic in the future.

So this release hasn't gone to plan... 🙈 Everything was ready to go, everything was setup and then last minute I had to postpone. The reality of small business is that when you're sick, everything grinds to a halt!

However the show must go on! Just a couple of weeks late 🙊 Hello Sunshine will be releasing on Thursday night at 7pm QLD time, in just under 24 hours, whether it's rain, hail or shine (fingers crossed!).

Here's what you need to know:
🌞 The gorgeous Hello Sunshine print designed by will be available to order in any of our clothing styles.
🌞 Quantities will be limited, I'm hoping there's enough for everyone but I'd suggest getting in quickly if you have your heart set on something.
🌞 Turnaround will be between 1 and 4 weeks, I have a bunch of fabric on hand so I can get cracking on orders straight away.
🌞 I'll be upgrading all clothing orders to express post in the lead up to Christmas.
🌞 Email subscribers will be getting a little discount at release time.

I can't wait to see this gorgeous print out in the world!

Yesterday I squeezed in some time to make myself something in the Hello Sunshine print, with my little helper of course. 🐶 My plan was to make a tie up dress which is quite possibly my favourite ever style, but I decided I needed more skirts in my life and I love how this turned out!
