HIRING
All our items are available for hire, you can pick these up from our premises in Carina 4152 at a time that is mutually suitable. Please note all stands come apart and currently the longest piece is 2m long. All items can fit in a vehicle the size of a Mazda 3 with seats folded down. Delivery is available, please see below. HIRING PERIOD
Standard hire fee is for 1 day only. We can be flexible with this and will be discussed with each booking. Hiring of items for more then 1 day will incur additional charges and will be discussed at time of booking. BOND/DAMAGE
With all hires a bond is required to be paid. The bond will differ depending on the items and quantity of items and will be discussed at time of booking. Once items have been returned or picked up and subject to the items being returned in original hire condition (ie not damaged or broken), the full bond will be returned to the customer's chosen bank account with 2 business days (subject to individual banks time lags). The bond will be withheld if any items are damaged/broken and further fees may apply. DELIVERY SERVICES
Deliver prices will vary depending on the location of the event. At this stage we cannot deliver further then 20km from Carina. PAYMENTS
A deposit will be requested to secure the items at the time of your booking. Full monies including the Bond must be paid prior to collecting your hired items or delivery of the items. To secure the booking we will require you to transfer funds to our bank account. Balance of monies can either be transferred or made in cash. If requested, an invoice will be forwarded to your email address. CANCELLATION
A $50 fee will apply to all cancellations. POSTPONEMENT
Where availabe we will endevour to work with you if you have had to postpone your event and rebook the items for another date.
