Do you know what fluoride is? Don’t worry, I thought I knew too before getting into the water filtration business. Fluoride is a mineral in your bones and teeth! Fluoride is also found in water, soil, plants, rocks, and in the air, we breathe. Fluoride is widely used in toothpaste, mouth rinses, and even in some supplements.
