One thing I love about the vegan community is connecting with others. I recently had the opportunity to connect with Cat, who is a vegan published author! After speaking with Cat about her passion to educate others, I had to share with you about her new published book.

The book is titled "The Imperfect Vegan" which is about what is happening to our planet, the animals, how each person's actions can make a difference, no matter how small. Plus actionable steps on how to get there.

With New Years around the corner, there is no better time to have a look at how taking steps towards a more plant based diet can improve your life.
