POSITION VACANT Sales Role (Monday - Friday)

Great opportunity to work in the music industry, with the gear you love and interact with like-minded customers and team members.

Role includes (but not limited to):
Customer Service – in store, phone and online processing.
Good product knowledge - Finding solutions for our customers.
Logistics – booking couriers for outgoing orders.

Answering Sales inquiries – (Phone calls & Emails)
Creating quotes as instructed – checking buy and sell pricing and availability.
Assist with supplier correspondence & follow ups.
Updating Website pricing and specials.
