I had one half milk choc shell and one half ruby choc shell left over. So I filled it with Allen’s Bunny Carrots, coated it with milk chocolate couverture and rolled it in hazelnuts - my husband’s favourite. So chunky, this egg wouldn’t sit straight on the stand! 🐰🐥☀️🐇🐣

We still love making these terrazzo style blox - milk chocolate and freshly ground coffee come together to form the chips which are then embedded in creamy white Belgian couverture. We let them set, then melt the surface and scrape the excess off to reveal the design.
