This pattern is a collaboration between Goober Pea Designs and Button & Blueprints Inc, and is available exclusively at Sew PDF.

This pattern has so many options, pick and choose elements to suit your personal style!
I have made the puff sleeve with circle skirt in an athletic knit from 💗

If you'd prefer a tee style sleeve, you can put the sleeves from the BnB Elemental Tee (free with newsletter subscription to Buttons & Blueprints) onto the bodice, as it has the same armscye.
