Last day for Berry Quilt Show! Open at Berry School of Arts until 3pm today!!
If you get a wriggle on you can catch Berry Markets at the showground at the same time! It’s a lovely country show with quilts galore, an old school slice & sandwich cafe, fabulous stall holders , , , Featured quilter Wendy Williams Display and great feels! Here are a few of the fab quilts! Makers display tags follow each quilt except for Annette Hoskins and Julie-Anne Reid’s Kooky Critters at the end. Come and see IRL!!

Exciting news!! RedBerries Quilting Group is holding their Quilt Show again this year on 1st to 3rd May. Berry Quilt & Co, Jukejema, Thread Botanica and Kasia Jaquot will be the traders. Wendy Williams will be the feature artist! It promises to be a great weekend.

This pops up every now and again! Tania Tanti and I being talking heads. Filmed the first time I was a tutor at AQC and I 100% still stand by it!! An AQC Gold Delegate package is fabulous value. The Craft.Events team put so much into it! If you think ..oh its too far…oh it’s too expensive.. just do it! It will be worth it!! Even if you don’t want to do classes you can coming and enjoy the shopping and the quilts on show! International exhibits and the Australian Quilt Show!

Happy 10th Birthday to Us!! Here are a few shots of our Birthday Open Studio today! What a lovely sunny day we had for all our visitors! Thanks to everyone who came!! We had visitors from near and far! Special shout out to our Sydneysiders and Canberrans for making the drive! Hugs to my Mum and Milly for manning the ‘cafe’ and Lisa and Jo for helping through the busy-ness and hilarity!! After being away for so long it was a treat to catch up with so many great customers.

Another studio Friday Find! These Ruby and Bee Blenders by Annabel Wrigley are so awesome! I had fun drooling at all the clever patterns when taking these photos. There are 40 (!!) designs in the range and this bundle has each and every one. Use them all together or as separate coordinates, they’ll boost your stash power for sure! Only two bundles left and I’ve taken $40 off the price, thats a dollar for each fat quarter. 🤣 Get in before they find a new home that isn’t yours. Very soon it will be TWO years since we moved into our Far Meadow Studio (!!) and TEN (!!!) years since Berry Quilt & Co came into being. Here are a host of pics showing some of the work and some of the play in the studio over the last two fun packed years! Its been great to have visitors making the trip out of town to see us.

To celebrate the milestones, we are holding a Birthday Open Studio weekend on Sat 7th and Sun 8th Feb. If weekdays have been too hard for you to visit or you just haven’t popped in yet this is your chance! Far Meadow is just 10 mins from Berry main street.

Happy New Year Everyone!
I think it is OK to say Happy New Year for the whole of January don’t you?? It’s early days and it does take a while to transfer from holiday mode to work mode. Which is just what we have been doing these last couple of weeks. It’s such a pretty shop studio to go to work in so I’m not complaining!! Here are a few glimpses of our recent days.
