Aussies4Aussies does so much to support people and organisations in our community, so to have you get behind me and my fundraising for Cancer Council means more than I can say.

A huge shout-out to my amazing dance partner, Bec from Heel Hook Line Dancing!
While you'll see me dancing on the night for STARS of Ballina, Bec is the one who's worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this fundraiser happen.
She's not only my Dancing with the Stars partner, but she's also poured her heart into organising this entire event to help me raise money for the Cancer Council.

We are raising money for TEAM Joeline from Hartleys Fresh Market in the STARS of Ballina .. All monies on the door, raffles and lucky squares will go to this great cause.

Everyone welcome - all levels - maybe even some special guest appearances... 4 hours of dancing - Lunch break - Social Dancing.. RSL bar and restaurant open..

Sneak Peek, please be kind! 😂

Well, the secret is out! Here's a little behind the scenes look at me learning to dance for Stars of Ballina in support of the Cancer Council.

Anyone who knows me knows I have two left feet, so this has definitely pushed me well outside my comfort zone! But every awkward step is worth it if it helps raise money for such an important cause.

My fundraising goal is $5,000, and I can't get there without the support of this amazing community.

So here's my deal! I'll keep sharing little sneak peeks of rehearsals each week, and the closer we get to my goal, the more behind the scenes moments (and probably more embarrassing dance moves! 😅) I'll share.

As business owners this is a good opportunity for us to take a look at what’s being proposed and have some input into the future direction of Ballina.
A lot of the time we only become aware of changes once they’ve already happened whether it’s fees, planning decisions or policies that affect the way we operate. This exhibition period gives businesses the chance to understand what’s being discussed before decisions are finalised.
These plans will help shape the future of our business community and the wider region, so it’s worth taking the time to read through the parts relevant to your business and provide feedback if something stands out to you.
The more businesses involved in the conversation early, the better outcomes we can create for our community.
