Well, my long awaited news is here..... Opening today 22nd Oct., in the Bairnsdale Emporium, 176 Main St, is my mini shop, Coooeee's Books, along with many other wonderful pop-up shops. Please take the time to come and have a browse through all the the wonderful treasures and see what's on offer :-)

Well, today was definitely the last day of trading... Kevin and I would like to thank all our loyal customers that stuck by us over the last 7 1/2 years. It still sounds strange when I say that, 7 1/2 years... it has gone so fast. It is a pity we couldn't find anyone to take over from us, but that is the times we are living through right now. Thanks also to our helpers, Bex & Emalie, it is going to be a huge job packing up the thousands of left over books :-( Stay safe everyone. Cheers, Gaylene & Kevin

(For those that are wondering what is going to happen to all the books.. some have gone to Aged Care Homes/Villages to refresh their libraries, a lot are going to be spread around as many of the op-shops as will take them and the rest will be recycled, hopefully into new books (y)
