Hello and welcome to the Youth Effect. I established the Youth Effect in 2020/2021 to help reach kids from all over the world. Because of what we were going through with the pandemic and all of the lockdowns, my goal was to reach kids and teenagers in the hopes that I would promote positivity and self-love.
I feel that this is just important now, as it was then, to continue my work to raise awareness for certain topics that plague us as teenagers.
I have a ten-part series on YouTube which focuses on bullying, Mental health, Community initiatives and how to work on loving yourself. And I plan on building on this with another ten-part series which I'm currently writing and will be filming this week.
Showing kindness to others is important to living a good life. It is very important to show other people respect and kindness, especially when you don't know what people are going through. A small comment that you may think is funny can absolutely shatter the world of the person it is directed at, and my goal is to make sure that people know that words matter.
I'm very proud to be a part of the Pure International Australia team alongside my sister Sienna. Sienna is very open about her physical, intellectual, and mental health disabilities and also hopes to raise awareness about her disabilities in the community so that she can promote acceptance and education around those topics. She has been the subject of cruel comments, jokes and ridicule for a long time and I'm very proud of her for being brave enough to stand up and say enough is enough.
I also plan on helping her with her be the Impact campaign because she does have severe anxiety. So, this journey with Pure is a special one for us.
