Clean, healthy water.. Come at me!

Our water filter kicked it in last month and we have been having to buy water in as our town water supply can be a bit funky sometimes.

A clean drinkable water supply is a must, wether you are living sustainably or just doing what you can.

Do you have access to clean water or just drink whatever you can get your hands on?

The heat has finally hit! We are in for our first 40 degree day.

We got the gardens watered early this morning to make sure it can survive it...

The chicken have been happily pecking at their Icy Treat!

Our sunflowers are reaching for the sky and slowly developing their flowerheads...

The pea pods are fattening up and the Mulberry Tree is still bursting with ripe berries!!

So heres hoping all the little plants and critters are still happily hydrated at the end of this very hot day....

I got the Gardening Bug....
These little babies have grown from some Apple Seeds that we planted a couple of weeks ago..
They are even more special, cause they probably would have ended up in the scrap bin or the chooks bellies but I felt the urge to save them..and now look at them!
