A mouth-wateringly good biscuit ready for some beautifully light Royal Icing.
I’ve eaten way too many of these than I should admit through all my recipe trials. But practice and testing, makes perfect, and I’m confident you are going to think the same!

I’ve thought a bit about how to keep ordering custom cookies simple, and as a starting point I’ve decided to keep it to three cookie sizes.
A 7cm and 8cm circle and a 9.5cm long rectangle.
Just about ANYTHING can be made with these cookies! Seriously anything!
When looking to order there are 4 simple steps, all within the Etsy shop. They are:
1 - pick the listing that matches the month for your order.
2 - select the size of your cookie 🍪
3 - and the quantity of cookies 🍪🍪🍪
4 - include some detail on the design you would like. 🖌
Once you have placed your order through the listing your order is confirmed and I can then use your design brief to refine any details with you by email 🙌🌸
So easy. Pretty pumped by that!

A few weeks ago I made up these cute little unicorns for our niece. I wanted to show you here just how thick decorated cookies are. The cookie base is about 7mm thick and the icing here about 5mm so that’s at least 12mm of cookie 🤤
