Just another happy customer at Sommers !!!

To the Owner of Sommers Flooring Xtra, Wagga Road, Albury

Dear Sir/Madam

On Thursday 6 August, Sommers Flooring Xtra sent Mr Mark McMillan to remove old carpets from 5 rooms at our home, and replace them by new ones.

I am writing to convey our deep appreciation of the work done by Mark throughout the day. His approach was neat and systematic, and he clearly showed his expertise as he went about from one room to the next. He proceeded smoothly without, at any time, disturbing the flow of our life. By the end of the day we had 5 excellently carpeted rooms.

Beyond his expertise, Mark McMillan clearly showed his positive attitude towards the task at hand and towards us - he was always cheerful. This reflected on the character of the man. This is what appealed to us most. As he was standing outside ready to go, he was still asking if he could help in any way. Mark McMillan is certainly a blessing at work and within his own family.
