Market Stand/Online shop/Addition to existing shop

I am selling my successful market stand that I have ran for 14 years evolving it over time. Clothes are rayon/cotton mix, jewellery - wooden beads, dreamcatchers - all white cotton. All items have been imported by myself directly from Bali.

Everything is ready to go!! Spring, summer, christmas, new year markets are starting so you can start selling asap. Markets are flexible - do the ones that fit in with you, or start an online business even a pop-up shop the options are endless and it makes for a fantastic side hustle.

The bulk package includes:
950 assorted clothes ($8.50 each - my sale price is $20-$35ea)
114 assorted dreamcatchers ($4.50 each - selling from $8-$15ea)
1000 Friendship Bracelets (35c each sell for $2ea)
Jewellery - too much to count (approx $1.50 ea sell for $5-$12ea)

3mx3m Gazebo (used condition but plenty of markets left in her)
Clothes & Skirt hangers
Gazebo clothes arm hangers
Tagging Gun
Jewellery stand
Plastic storage tubs
And any other bits and pieces I have collected for the markets over the years.

Basically you can start selling the day after you purchase. The estimated profit margin would be between 3-4+ times your outlay - its your stand you set the price of each item.

My selling price is $10 000. This is a bulk purchase price, I am not willing to seperate stock.
Viewings of the product are available in Broomehill or I can deliver once sold.

I have donated it to the Albany Activ Foundation 💗. They are a fantastic charity that help local families. All the money they raise from sales in their Op-Shop go directly to the Albany Activ community - they have purchased houses for families, increased the size of their workshop and aided all in need. I love this keeping it local idea.
Keep a look out for what they are planning with the stock and please support them if you can.

I rented a little mansion on a hill with ocean views to die for, to celebrate and thank all of the people who helped me get Jewelpani to 14 years.
Thank you to my house guests, we certainly made it a weekend never to forget 😉
Thank you to my customers and business associates who trekked out for our Sunday afternoon party, you guys are amazing!
I have 1 week to finalise everything and then the adventure will officially end. Im super happy and cant wait to perfect scones in my new roles as a farmers wife 😁
