I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me in one way or another while I've been here on Facebook. Shortly before Mother's Day my access to the Marketplace was revoked, and I was unable to reach a large target audience to sell my work to. ALL attempts at opening a case to have my access given back has been met by cold automatic responses, and yet they still send me notifications about how well my services would be doing on Marketplace if I boosted them.
I am aware this is affecting thousands of people, and I'm thankful I'm not one of the hundreds who Facebook owes upward of $30'000 to. The way they are treating those of us affected is absolutely atrocious, and there is no way to get help for this matter (believe me, we've all tried.) There are legal cases being formed against Facebook; my advice is to not use Marketplace at all until these concerns are dealt with, or at the very least not put anything expensive up for sale.
I'm not sure if I'll be back on this platform for business, but you can still find me on Instagram at mintinq.designs and _mintinq and my etsy store is still open.
Again, thank you for all the support. This has been a really difficult decision but after the way I was treated today I cannot support this platform anymore.
