I believe "Prevention is better than Cure". We live in such a fast paced world these days and too many people have the attitude, "Why worry about it now, I'll worry when it becomes a problem'. Sometimes that's too late. We place too much faith in modern medicine and modern products expecting them to cure & fix just about everything. Take a step back, look at your life holistically and make changes to PREVENT!
