For Ross, it’s all about getting out from behind the desk and connecting face-to-face with customers. Respectful, fun and driven - he thrives on conversation and building strong relationships across the industry.

When he’s not talking lighting, you’ll probably find him enjoying a good meal (he’s not picky - Italian, Asian, steak… all of it) or catching an episode of Love Is Blind - even though he sometimes doesn't like to admit it 😏
