Guess what just arrived!
GMs are finally here and being sorted.
If you have one ordered expect a phone call/email very soon.
You can come pick them up from now on.
All extras will also be going on the shelves later today/tomorrow!

10/2 Update main no (8271 7861) is working again but second line isn't switching in when the first is busy. That will hopefully be sorted soon too. Thank you for your continued patience

5/2 Phones are down again! main no. (8271 7861) is not working again. Email or alternate no. s below

Had a technician from telstra/nbn come and try to fix the ongoing problems - seems to have fixed some but in the process assigned us new phone lines and result in our workaround fix to stop working (again!)
We are very sorry for all the hassles and confusion this has caused.

Update: Phones are partially working again (8271 8393) hopefully the normal no. will be up and running next week.
Telstra has advised us it might take "up to 10 business days" to resolve. (that was 5 weeks ago!)
Our email([email protected])/website is working in the mean time and our doors are of course open.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Business As Usual
We have exciting plans for 2025.
The building we have occupied for the past 30 years is now up for sale. We will be relocating later in 2025, but in the meantime the business will continue to operate as normal. We will keep you updated with further details as our plans develop in the coming months.

Set the scene here at Orient Express Model Railway Shop!
We've just had a huge shipment of Woodland Scenics come in.
Ballast, Turf, Foliage, Rock Molds and lots of Trees. To pad it out further we also have a good collection from MiniNatur and Heki here and both have been recently filled up.
So come in, get the scenery you need and create the (miniature) world you want to see! 😀😉

Auscision C Classes are now in stock
Next Weekend is the AMRA Vic Train show where we will be at our trade stand. Don't forget that it will be at the Melbourne Showgrounds this year.
If you want us to bring anything specific over please email or call us before Wednesday to let us know (we won't charge postage!)😉
On the same weekend is the Sunshine model railway exhibition so may as well make a weekend of it (one day at each maybe?!) 😀
