My name is Leila and I am the owner of Nature Science Love... and a medical research scientist... and most importantly mum to two young boys! 🙂
Working in a laboratory as a cancer researcher for over a decade, I have become accustomed to working with hazardous chemicals (with appropriate personal protection and safety controls in place of course) on a daily basis... this is unfortunately a necessary part of my lab work - BUT I see no need for me and my family to also be surrounded by toxic hazards in daily life at home!
When I was pregnant with my first child it became even more important to me to find less toxic, safer alternatives to everyday household products... it was then that I discovered the amazing Tri Nature range, and I haven't looked back!
Beautifully fragranced with natural essential oils, environmentally friendly, animal cruelty-free, Australian made and providing amazing, effortless results, these products really ticked all the boxes for me. I started using the products myself, then sharing with family and friends, and eventually decided to become an independent Tri Nature consultant so that I could share the brilliance of these beautiful products with others.
Having met Brian, the head chemist and co-founder of Tri Nature, and experienced his enthusiasm for using 'gentle chemistry' to create high quality, Eco friendly products from natural ingredients, I feel at ease knowing that when I choose a product from the Tri Nature range it will not only be a high quality product that performs well, but also be a safer alternative for my family and our environment.
Being a consultant for Tri Nature has also provided me with an opportunity to connect with other like-minded people in my local community and throughout Australia, to help raise the profile of an amazing Australian company and their beautiful products, and to help others build a low-cost home-based business they can be proud of, if they so choose 🙂
My vision for Nature Science Love is:
(1) to introduce Australian families looking for safer, natural alternatives to harsh household products to the wonderful products in the Tri Nature range, and quality natural products from other Australian companies that complement the Tri Nature range, so we can effectively reduce the toxic hazards present in our homes;
(2) to provide an opportunity for others (especially busy mums like me!) to be supported in building a flexible home-based business that aligns with our shared values, provides a valued service to and connection with other like-minded people in our community, and remains flexible around family and other life commitments;
(3) to provide financial support to a variety of community causes through donations and fundraisers each year
(4) to promote a holistic approach to health and well-being - considering aspects such as body, mind, spirit and environment - stay tuned for future developments in this area!
