You should shake your self raising flour before you use it. ๐Ÿค” Why? The rising agent is heavier than the flour and can settle on the bottom of the Modular Mate. Shaking it reincorporates it so you get maximum rise!

It may feel a little overwhelming at first; but by grouping all your pantry staples into sections it will make finding them so much easier. For example keep all your baking ingredients in one section, all your breakfast cereals in another and so on. This storage technique will help you quickly find things at a glance and be more productive and efficient in the kitchen, shaving off precious meal prep time. This will also assist with meal planning in advance โ€“ youโ€™ll be able to create a shopping list with ease. Storing your food in larger containers will provide opportunities to buy in bulk, saving you money.

STEP ONE โ€“ DECLUTTER FIRST

Before you can organise, you need to take everything out and see whatโ€™s worth keeping. Check expiry dates and throw out if passed the use by date. Being ruthless will help. Once everything is out, wipe the shelving down and have a notepad nearby to start a shopping list.

My favourite product the MicroPressure Cooker โœ… Chicken Cacciatore yummmo!

Chicken cacciatore recipe

Chicken Pieces seasoned with thyme salt and pepper

Into MPC
1/4 red capsicum
1/4 orange capsicum
1 crushes garlic
1 vegetable stock jelly cube
1 carrot sliced
Dry oregano
Fresh thyme Sprigs
1 can crushed tomatoโ€™s
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup passata
S&P

Top with chicken for 30 minutes in mike

Release pressure, add black kalamata olives , top with thinly sliced potatoes
Cook for a futher 10 mins
Serve
