1️⃣Prayer: Without this how can we stay grounded in our daily life? Learning to schedule our lifestyle around our prayers will surely help us through any trial or sadness. Allah can hear us and He sees and feels what's in our hearts. So pour our your feelings to Him I promise you'll feel so much better ❤️

I have been very overwhelmed and emotional lately (mum life 🥴🤌) and SubhanAllah it is truly amazing how immediately after I make wu'du and walk to my mat and prayer, I slowly start to feel better! Subhanallah ❤️

2️⃣Progress: As Muslims, we should strive for progress in all aspects of our lives. So set some short, realistic and achievable goals so when you overcome those steps you feel blessed in your progress and want to strive to make and reach more with the help of Allah 📈☝️

3️⃣Patience: Our ability to endure difficult circumstances with resilience and trusting in Allah's plan with Sabr (patience), to know Allah really is the only one who can make anything change, He opens and He closes doors because He loves us, so be patient even though it feels everything is going downhill, I promise it will get better 🥺❤️

4️⃣Persistence: We need to try our best to continue being persistent or steadfast! Be consistent in our efforts to achieve our goals, especially the ones where we want to create a closer connection to Allah and more focused in our prayers 🤲
