This is Cooper, who is nice and warm because he is wrapped in towels! When they pickup or rescue a lost pet from the streets, our Community Safety Team use towels to keep the animals warm and dry until they can be returned home or taken to a safe place while we track down their family.

We are very low on towels at the moment as they often cannot be reused, so if you have any old bath-sized towels laying around that you no longer need, doggos like Cooper would really appreciate them being donated!

We would love for you to drop any old towels off at the Civic Centre, or your local council facility, then our Community Safety Team will pick them up from there on their rounds.

Effective immediately, South Australians affected by the recent Optus data breach will be able to apply for a replacement licence online via their mySAGOV account - without having to attend a Service SA Centre.

A new driver’s licence card will be produced and posted to the applicant within 2 weeks.

Existing mySAGOV account holders will be able to access the secure online form by visiting the Service SA website at https://service.sa.gov.au

This is another way the Malinauskas Labor Government is supporting Optus hack victims by making it quicker, easier and free to replace their licence.
