Two markets coming up before I take a little winter break!

First up is Markets at the Mill — one of the biggest and most beautifully curated markets around. It’s always such a good one! They’re also running a fuel voucher giveaway, so make sure you jump over to their socials and check it out

Then I’ll be at the Mother's Day Gift Market at Plant 4 Bowdenwden — the perfect chance to get organised early and find something special. Make a night of it while you’re there… grab a bite from the amazing eateries and enjoy a drink at the bar.

With the weather getting cooler, it’s the perfect excuse to take a Sunday drive up to the Adelaide Hills, soak in the fresh air, and explore all the unique, locally made goodies.

I've been a little quiet this month. My beloved Dad passed away unexpectedly on the 3rd January. As a result there has been a lot going on and I've not had the want or energy to sew and create. My beautiful friend explained to me that subconsciously there was a part of me which knew that sewing wouldn't bring the same peace and relaxation I wanted or used to get, and finding the patience and want to do it was just a bridge too far. It is coming back slowly. I just needed some time to find that enjoyment again. ❤️

I’ve been making so many denim bags lately because you guys keep loving them! But I can’t take credit for the idea — is the true OG of bag-making. Their creativity and craftsmanship are on another level, and they’ve been such a huge inspiration to me (thank you!). If you’re outside Australia, they even ship internationally!
