PLATFRM is as a means to provide people with an opportunity to help them get the most of our their exercise exercise, as a scaled approach to doing hard things.
Exposure to this type of environment extends beyond the gym, and filters through into every area of their lives.
We achieve this through a blend of exercise science, and an understanding human behavioural and psychological needs.
It looks like, Strength Training, Hybrid Training and Reformer workouts, but feels like a community of people connected through the challenge of building towards personal goals.
In the dictionary, the term platform (noun) means:
a raised floor, surface, or foundation
a flat horizontal surface that is usually higher than the adjoining area
a declaration of the principles on which a group of persons stands
a means or opportunity to communicate ideas or information to a group of people
It is also part of a Reformer.
Archilochus the poet (680 - 645BC) would tell us that ‘We don’t rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training’
Through exposure to a supportive, educational, and competitive environment that continually ask for of us, we all become better people.
Raising the level upon which people and things can stand.
