Here is an example sensory play bin. These can be purchased along with your coloured sensory rice (tray not included).

Items included in the pack could also be customised to suit your child and the colour you choose.

This tray promotes hand eye coordination by using the spoon to dig through the rice for the beads and also improves fine motor skills by using their fingers to pick up the smaller items. Older children also tend to use their imaginations more using the little characters to create a story.

Coloured rice is perfect for your children's sensory bins. Sensory rice play encourages children to manipulate and explore materials, build their fine motor skills and build their hand eye coordination. Sensory rice is an open ended toys which will teach your child to use their imagination and provide hours of fun.

This rice will last years if stored in an air tight container correctly so will not require replacing which is both environmentally and budget friendly.

I can make to order in your choice of colour combinations and turn around time is only 1 day so will be the perfect addition to your little ones Christmas presents. This Christmas batch has been made with a relaxing blend of camomile and lavender essential oils to stimulate all of your child's senses whilst playing.

New product launch!

Kids ouchie packs. Small sized wheat bags that have so many different uses but are perfect to help all those small bumps feel better quickly. Freezing the wheat bags is perfect for small kids skin as they don't get too cold and there is no condensation to make them stick.

All have been double stitched to ensure no wheat can leak out and have been tested on a 2 and 4 year old and have had no breakages.

A few of our favourite uses for these little gems:

Ouchie pack
Soft throwing toys
Sensory toy
Lunch box ice pack
Cold toy to cool down on those hot days

These bags can also be heated up to keep little ones warm in winter.

Kids ouchie packs are $3each plus postage and along with the pre made designs below can be custom made to your choice of pattern/character

Not quite gift related but to all of you out there with kids on school holidays or even just trying to keep little ones amused here is a quick and easy activity which also doubles as a cheap and healthy snack. With barely any clean up its super easy to make. (Instruction below)

Yoghurt
Honey
Food colours of your choice

Mix together yoghurt about a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of colour in separate bowls. Put random blobs of each colour in the tray and swirl together in a marbled pattern.
Stick in the freezer and wait til frozen, break apart and enjoy!

$1 each or buy 2 and get 1 FREE. Pick up, delivery or postage available. Delivery within the adelaide metro area for an extra $5 and postage in a standard small satchel is $9.50 but can fit up to 20 scrunchies in one satchel.
