Grass trees are some of the oldest, toughest plants you can grow in an Australian garden! They’ve been around for millions of years, but are also notoriously slow-growers…

Our advice? They hate wet feet, heavy soil, and too much fertiliser… so best to plant them in sandy, well-drained soil and leave them alone to flourish!
