A’adecor Terms and Conditions

•All items are inspected before and after each rental.

•Renters are fully responsible for the cost of any lost or damaged items.

•All rentals and décor services must be booked at least 4- 6 weeks before the event date. Wedding décor service must be booked 8- 12 weeks before event date.

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure services. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days before the event. However, If you cancel for an emergency reason 7 days after paying the deposit, you will receive a refund of 35% of the deposit.

•After 7 days of full booking, no refunds will be issued.

•All items under $100 require full payment.

•Payments over $250 must be deposited or transferred to our business account.

•Delivery charges are based on location and the quantity of goods.

•All receipts must be presented when making payments or collecting rental items.

•A late fee applies when items are returned 30 minutes or more after the agreed time.

•A $100 late fee is charged for late payments after a service has been used.

•A $50 consultation fee applies to all consultations.

•Express Service is available for $100, depending on date and resource availability.

Requirements for Renters

Tables / Chairs / Backdrop Stands
NO staples
NO tacks
NO nails
NO screws
NO sharp or foreign objects inserted into tables or chairs.
Wipe all items immediately if they get wet.
Items must not be returned extremely dirty.

Sequin Linens

NO heat should be applied to sequins
NO washing of sequin linens

Linens

NO staples
NO scissors
NO glue
NO pins
NO fire or smoke exposure

Cake Stands / Cupcake Stands

NO washing
NO reassembling

Policy Compliance

All policies must be adhered to. Any questions, adjustments, or alterations to company policies must be approved only by the company CEO or Manager.
