Once upon a sloth morning…

Picking flowers and savoring the moment.

Back story…

Growing up in Karachi, Mummy and I would often search the streets for unique materials to create our own arrangements, making every moment a creative escape.

We turned challenges into opportunities, and it pushed us out of our comfort zone in the best way.

Roses, Tube Roses, and Glads were our favorites, but Babies breath and other exotic flowers were a luxury.

Dodging security guards added an element of excitement, but picking flowers at the farm brings a sense of serenity.

It is about finding joy in simplicity – grab some branches from a garden or tree, place them in a vase following your heart, and you’ve got yourself a stunning arrangement.

I have used floral foam in my workshops.

😔 It was and is super convenient, but now I realize the harm it causes. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Seeing others use it is painful to watch. 😟

I am committed to switching to foam-free methods from now on. ( please don’t make me eat my words ) 🙏

As a floristry enthusiast who cares about nature and the environment, I know sustainability is crucial.

Foam may be cheap, but its environmental impact is too high

I am taking on this challenge and hope you will support me. Let's make a change! 🫶

Wish me luck as I create more eco-friendly workshops for you.
