Here’s a glimpse of what today’s Time Well Spent looked like for me: devotional and prayer time with two of my boys glued to my side.
I used to have the luxury of disappearing into my prayer closet for hours, but in this season, my little ones get to witness it all. I used to think I couldn’t truly connect with God unless I was alone.
My aha moment 💡
Realizing that was just a stumbling block. The truth? Whether I’m by myself or surrounded by little ones, I’m still in God’s presence—and that does my soul well. 💕 This is my season, and I’m embracing it.
Speaking of seasons, the days of wearing the Superwoman cape are long gone. Delegating tasks that keep our family functioning smoothly and our home peaceful has been a blessing. It’s freeing to let others help, like having a housekeeper take care of some of the heavy lifting.
Oh, and I’m finally getting around to scheduling my floral arrangement course—something just for me.
Here’s to slow mornings, a clean home, and continuously learning and loving. What has your Time Well Spent looked like lately? Share with me! 🌸
