India processes only 8% of its produce. That's a system gap. One that's been open for decades and addressed mainly through awareness campaigns rather than investments in cold storage.

India doesn’t have a food shortage problem. It has a post-harvest engineering problem that keeps getting framed as a habit issue.

The food exists. The system to move it doesn't.
