If you’re looking to revamp your lacklustre laminate or wearisome wooden floor, update them on a budget with floor stencils and Frenchic Paint, available exclusively at our Motorcity boutique! image002.png. Frenchic fan Tara Travis gave her hallway a more welcoming and open space using Frenchic Paint’s duck-egg blue with a greyish hue shade, Duckling; the brightest most dazzling white shade, Dazzle Me; and light grey shade, City Slicker, all from the self priming and self sealing Frenchic Al Fresco Inside/ Outside Range to transform her floor from drab to fab! Tara then used a mix of the 3 shades on the panelling and bannister, as well as Duckling on the front door to tie everything together – talk about a freshen up! Who’s a fan?

image003.png We recommend a test patch using Al Fresco Inside/Outside or Chalk Wall Paint Range before embarking on the whole floor to ensure it’s suitable for painting. Once painting is completed, do not walk on the area for 4 hours and then with socks for 7 days (do not get the area wet in this time) – try to keep pet paw claws off as well to avoid damaging the finish. Continue to treat with a little TLC for up to 3 weeks, until it is fully cured/hardened.

It might look a mess right now; but some of our most beautiful stories have messy beginnings. This is mine.
Along with the opening of our new shop in First Avenue Mall, MotorCity Dubai, we’re also going to be going through a change of name and branding. It’s a natural progression as my entire journey in the world of painting and entrepreneurship has been. As the years have passed, trends have evolved. Home makeovers have taken in a new approach. Styles have changed. And our little Shabby Chic needed to evolve and grow too. So, here we are, thrilled to introduce you to our new name: WM BOUTIQUE.
Next week we’ll open our doors and paint, play, laugh and create with you all over again. Stay tuned for announcements. And in the meantime, I can promise you that the only changes you will find are us growing bigger, better and more able to satisfy your needs and asks. Our name change is proof that we’re growing up too; along with you.

Frenchic Paint’s Al Fresco range to the rescue! 🌟 It’s amazing the impact a lick of paint can have on transforming any room in your home, even the bathroom! This modern bathroom makeover from Frenchic fan Hayley Passell is certainly proof of that. 🖤 Hayley used 3 shades of Frenchic to help transform her bathroom from drab to fab. Opting for our brightest, most dazzling white shade ‘Dazzle Me!’ on the ceramic wall tiles along with our true black shade ‘Blackjack’ to create a feature wall. Using the same shade to give the bath panel and sink unit a face lift before finishing fabulously with some pops of green from our racing green shade ‘Victory Lane’ on the frames, bath caddy and storage box for a totally trendy transformation.

ℹ️ Both the Frenchic Al Fresco and Chalk Wall Paint range can be used on interior ceramic wall tiles. Areas of high humidity and standing water however, should be avoided, for example in an enclosed shower cubicle. Frenchic Paint UAE is sold exclusively by us, at WM Boutique.

We're excited to announce that we're moving shop from Radisson Damac Hills to Park Inn by Radisson in First Avenue Mall, MotorCity! We'll be opening our doors next week (date to be announced) and we can't wait to see you there.

Pink is a versatile shade that can bring warmth and intimacy to a nursery. 💗 Frenchic fan Jessica Fenech Adami used Frenchic’s soft and muted pink shade 'Dusky Blush' (from the self priming and self sealing Al Fresco Inside/Outside Range) to inject some colour into her nursery and give it a softer, more cocooning feel.

ℹ️ When painting BARE MDF we recommend using 3 layers of Finishing Coat prior to painting to stop the paint from being absorbed into the MDF. We don't recommend sugar soaping or sanding MDF as this can cause furring.
